Terms of Service

By accessing or using RAIEON, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

RAIEON provides AI-powered voice agents, WhatsApp AI chat, and omnichannel automation tools for businesses. Features include automatic speech recognition, natural language understanding, text-to-speech, multilingual dialect support, CRM integrations, and a management dashboard.

We continually improve the Service and may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paying customers.

To use most features you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use RAIEON for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. Prohibited uses include spamming, phishing, harassment, impersonation, generating content that violates intellectual property rights, and any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI voice and messaging features complies with applicable telemarketing, consent, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance based on the pricing at raieon.ai/pricing. Taxes are added where required by law, including 18% Israeli VAT for Israeli customers.

Refunds are issued at our discretion. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

RAIEON and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, models, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload or provide and grant us a limited license to use that content to provide the Service.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our models without identifying you or your customers.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RAIEON is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel.
