Founded by a developer deeply rooted in Jerusalem’s multilingual reality — fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, and English, with direct experience in how businesses actually communicate with customers in this region. RAIEON was born from the insight that global voice AI platforms completely fail at local Arabic dialects, and that the local market needs a platform built from the ground up for its unique linguistic and cultural context.

Why RAIEON?
RAIEON combines ‘RAI’ (our AI core) with ‘EON’ (eternity, an era). The name also maps to 'راية' (vision/flag in Arabic) and '라이언' (lion in Korean) — unintentionally capturing the strength, leadership, and vision that define the platform.
