How we collect, use, and protect your data.

Last updated: June 2026

RAIEON TECH LTD ("RAIEON", "we", "us", "our") provides an AI communication platform for businesses, including voice agents, chat agents, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, website widgets, telephony, knowledge retrieval, and related automation tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and delete information when customers, website visitors, and people who message our customers use RAIEON services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that customers and website visitors provide directly, including names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, job roles, login and account details, billing details, support requests, demo requests, uploaded knowledge files, configuration settings, prompts, agent instructions, channel settings, and other content submitted to RAIEON.

When RAIEON handles conversations, we may process message content, attachments, audio, call recordings, transcripts, summaries, language detection results, routing decisions, conversation status, timestamps, delivery metadata, phone numbers, platform-scoped sender identifiers, and related technical metadata needed to provide the service.

2. Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp Data

When a customer connects a Meta channel to RAIEON, we may receive and store the selected Facebook Page ID and name, Instagram Business account ID when linked, WhatsApp Business account identifiers, page or business access tokens, webhook subscription status, sender platform-scoped IDs, message text, attachments, postbacks, delivery and read events, conversation metadata, and other information made available by Meta APIs for the connected channel.

We use Meta data only to connect the selected channel, receive inbound messages and events, send customer-approved replies, route conversations to an AI agent or human agent, show conversation history in the customer dashboard, maintain security and audit logs, and troubleshoot the integration. We do not sell Meta data, use it for unrelated advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide RAIEON services or comply with law.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, monitor, and improve RAIEON services; authenticate users; connect communication channels; route calls and messages; generate AI-assisted replies; support human handoff; maintain conversation context; provide analytics and billing; respond to support requests; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified operational data to improve reliability, language coverage, and product performance. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing and Processors

We share information with service providers that help us operate RAIEON, including cloud infrastructure, database and storage providers, telephony and SIP providers, LiveKit and real-time communication services, Meta and WhatsApp APIs, speech-to-text providers, text-to-speech providers, large language model providers, email and SMS providers, payment processors, monitoring tools, and support tools.

These providers are permitted to process data only as needed to provide services to us, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations where applicable. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, government request, or to protect RAIEON, our customers, end users, or the public.

5. AI Processing and Customer Responsibilities

RAIEON uses AI systems to understand messages and calls, retrieve relevant customer knowledge, generate suggested or automated replies, summarize conversations, classify intent, and route conversations. Depending on the customer's configuration, message text, call audio, transcripts, and related context may be processed by AI, speech, or language providers to provide these features.

Customers control their connected channels, agent configuration, knowledge sources, prompts, users, retention settings, and whether replies are automated or handled by people. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis for using RAIEON with their own end users, providing required notices, obtaining required consents, and ensuring their use of AI, messaging, calling, and recording features complies with applicable law.

6. Security, Retention and Deletion

We use technical and organizational safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access controls, audit logging, secret management, and production access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we design RAIEON to protect customer and end-user data throughout the service lifecycle.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and honor customer retention settings. Customers may disconnect channels, delete configuration, or request deletion of stored data. Meta-related deletion requests can be sent to [email protected] or submitted through the instructions at https://raieon.ai/data-deletion.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

If you messaged a business that uses RAIEON, you may also contact that business directly because it may be the primary controller of the conversation. Where RAIEON receives a verified request from a customer or end user, we will assist with access or deletion according to applicable law and platform requirements.

8. Cookies, Transfers, Changes and Contact

Our website uses essential cookies and may use analytics or product telemetry to understand site and service usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. RAIEON is operated from Jerusalem and uses enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and service providers. Data may be processed in Israel, the European Economic Area, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, using appropriate safeguards where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. For privacy questions, rights requests, or Meta data deletion requests, contact RAIEON TECH LTD at [email protected] or by mail at Eastech Jerusalem, Jerusalem.
