how customers and end users can request deletion of data processed through RAIEON,
including data received from Meta products such as Facebook Pages, Messenger, Instagram,
and WhatsApp.
1. RAIEON Customer Requests
If you are a RAIEON customer or account administrator, email
[email protected] from your account email address with the subject "Data Deletion
Request". Include your business name, tenant or account email, the channels to delete,
and whether you want to delete configuration data, conversation data, channel
credentials, or all account data.
2. Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp End-User Requests
If you messaged a business that uses RAIEON, you can request deletion by emailing
[email protected] with the subject "Meta Data Deletion Request". Include the business
or Page name you contacted, the channel you used, the approximate date of the
conversation, and enough information for us to verify and locate the conversation.
You may also contact the business or Page owner directly. RAIEON will assist our
customer with verified deletion requests where RAIEON acts as their processor or service
provider.
3. What We Delete
Depending on the verified request and legal requirements, we delete or anonymize
conversation records, messages, transcripts, summaries, attachments, channel
credentials, platform-scoped identifiers, and related operational metadata connected to
the request. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention,
accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.
4. Response Time
We review deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible and normally respond
within 30 days. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data to protect
customers and end users from unauthorized deletion requests.
